Shipping Policy

Please note that due to unusually high demand as well as the covid-19 crisis and global social distancing measuresorder processing and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard estimate of 2-4 weeks is currently closer to 3-5 weeks for order delivery. We’re actively doing everything we can to get you your orders as fast as possible and following the latest guidance on safety and social distancing. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Order processing and shipping may take longer, but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time and we appreciate you! Your health is our number one priority right now, so please stay safe, healthy, and take care of yourselves.

Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping.

Returns and exchanges are easy. All you have to do is email us at support@merchreimagine.com, send us back the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and pay for the return shipping.

If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, all you have to do is enter the name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping information when placing your order. We do not include receipts with prices in our packages so there is nothing else you need to do :) You will receive an order confirmation via email though, so make sure to use your own email when placing a gift order.

We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)

If after 8 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.

For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regards to taxes/duties.
